What to actually check when buying

Since Kirkland Signature is normally sold through Costco, most other sellers are resellers — including us. That's perfectly legal, but reseller quality varies. Here's the checklist:

Sealed carton, not loose bottles. The carton carries the Drug Facts label, lot number and expiration date. Loose bottles have been split out of a multi-pack, stripping the labeling the FDA requires.
The seller can state the expiration date.If they can't or won't, walk away — especially for a large supply.
US-based, with US shipping times. Long transit in heat degrades topical solutions, and imported packaging may not carry US labeling.

A price that makes sense.Nobody sources it cheaper than Costco sells it. Prices well below Costco's usually mean near-expiry stock, grey-market imports, or counterfeit.
