30-day returns on sealed products

Because minoxidil is an over-the-counter drug product, we can only accept returns of unopened packages with the manufacturer's seal intact, within 30 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned or resold.

How to start a return

1. Email support@usminoxidil.com with your order email address and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the sealed product back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, or item arrived damaged).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If anything arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
