Shipping Policy

United States only

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not offer international checkout — our payment page will only accept a US shipping address. Orders placed with a non-US address cannot be fulfilled and will be refunded.

Cost and speed

Standard shipping is free on every order. Orders are typically dispatched within one business day of payment. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location, via tracked USPS or UPS service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Packaging

All products ship new and sealed in full manufacturer packaging, protected in an outer shipping box or mailer.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@usminoxidil.com and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
